Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Package Your Item

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and place it back into its original packaging with all hardware and assembly tools included to ensure safe transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will coordinate with our specialized furniture couriers to schedule a convenient time to collect the item from your doorstep.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
